YOUR MAC, IN BALANCE
Everything important, in one place.
Private and local by default
Less mystery. Better decisions.
Your Mac tells you numbers. Appweight gives them context.
Understand what is active, what is taking space, and what you can safely do next—without bouncing between Activity Monitor, Storage Settings, and cleanup utilities.
Processes, with context
See CPU, memory, swap, helpers, and project relationships. Protected work stays locked, and Appweight explains impact before anything stops.
Storage you can understand
Map internal and external disks, inspect large files, verify duplicates locally, and see the difference between free, reclaimable, and unmeasured space.
Cleanup with a safety net
Review the exact path, reason, and consequence first. Eligible items move to Trash with session Undo; system and stateful data remain protected.
The missing connection
See the work and the weight together.
Appweight links running apps and development projects to the storage it can recognize. A heavy process is no longer just a percentage, and a large folder is no longer just a path.
Private by design
Your Mac stays on your Mac.
Scans and duplicate checks run locally. Appweight has no telemetry, no account requirement, no incoming server, and no privileged background helper. It asks before acting and never permanently deletes files.

Clear answers.
Does Appweight automatically delete files?
No. Scanning is read-only. Every eligible cleanup requires your confirmation and moves the item to macOS Trash, where it can still be restored.
Does it require Full Disk Access?
No. Limited scans work without it. Full Disk Access is optional and produces more complete maps of privacy-protected folders; macOS always requires you to enable it manually.
What Mac do I need?
Appweight currently supports Apple silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later.
